Dean's daybook and records (1848-1862) list accounts with family names and charges for "day work." Estate papers (1862) record settlements of outstanding payments for walnut and mahogany coffins, grave digging, shrouds, and silk gloves. Sickley's estate papers (1865) include invoices, receipts, and documents for settlements of outstanding payments, personal property distributions, an estate inventory for a public auction, and interest paid from the estate to his wife, Mary C. Sickley, through 1875. Additional papers include a land grant certificate (November 27, 1820) from the War of 1812, signed by President James Monroe to Stephen M. Woodruff.
